GUESS? Heather Frock Top

What an adorable frock top this is from GUESS?. The shirred neckline with an empire waist held by a velvet ribbon tie would sure make her feel glam. The plum color is beautiful, isn’t it? They should make this in Women’s sizes too :). $24.50 from Nordstrom.
